Afrix aims to assist our customers by offering free standard shipping for any purchase over $59.95 Australia Wide. In Australia standard shipping ensure parcels are delivered between 3 -14 days. Express Shipping is available at a different price to reflect this where parcels are delivered in 2-5 days. Shipping days are based on general circumstances and will generally be sooner than later. For our supporters around the world, standard shipping is available. In most places parcels will be received within 8 - 25 days. Once your items have been shipped you will receive a tracking number within a few days.
Shoes, sandals and larger orders will be shipped with fastway with a tracking number provided (averaging at 4 days to be delivered). Clothing and smaller orders will be shipped with Australia Post also with a tracking number provided. 
Single purchases of earrings with will be shipped with Australia and will not include a tracking number. Once the order has been accepted by the shipping company arrival times and lost parcels are the responsibility of the shipping company, however we will assist with any issues that have the low potential of occurring.  Please email us at with any questions. 


We do have the confidence that all Afrix items will fit accurately, leaving you with a happy purchase. Although, we understand that this may not always be the case.  For any exchanges or returns of items please contact us first. All returns must be in the same condition as received.  For returns please note you must contact us within 15 days of receiving the item.
